Coffs Harbour come join us for the launch of my new book, “An Asian Banquet.” There will some delicious food to try, loads of cooking and a look at the new TM6.

Spend an evening learning some new Thermomix cooking techniques and eating delicious traditional Asian dishes. We will be preparing recipes from the soon to be released “ThermoKitchen Asian Banquet” Cookbook. This is a hands-on cooking class and participation is encouraged.
We will be demonstrating how to cook a whole Asian style chicken in the Varoma whilst preparing the traditional soup accompaniment. If you have been wanting to try some low-carb dishes this is the perfect class for you. Egg Fried Cauliflower Rice is a simple side we will serve alongside the Low-Carb Hainanese Chicken.
We’ve saved the best until last with a taste of two desserts from the book Black Sesame Ice Cream and Coconut Caramel Banoffee Tart.
