Brioche Salmon Burger

Salmon Burgers are a super quick weeknight meal idea. Serve with a salad or on a brioche roll for a delicious burger.

Instructions
Using the internal steam basket, drain the liquid off the salmon (over the sink). Discard liquid.
Place the parmesan cheese in the TM bowl. Grate 4 sec/Speed 7.5. Reserve in a bowl.
Add the onion, garlic and chill to the TM bowl. Chop 3 sec/Speed 9.
Scrape down the TM bowl. Repeat. Chop 3 sec/Speed 9.
Scrape down the bowl. Add egg, breadcrumbs, lime juice, salt, salmon and reserve cheese. Combine 10sec/Speed 4.5.
Cooking the Burgers
Divide the mixture into 8 evenly sized balls.
Heat a pan and add 2 Tbs olive oil.
Fry off salmon patties over low heat. Be sure to fully cook one side before flipping the burger.
Remove from pan and serve either as a burger or with a salad.
Notes
The burgers can be cooked immediately but if you leave them to chill in the fridge for 30 minutes the mixture is easier to handle.
