Instructions
Add garlic and oil to TM Bowl. Mince 3 sec/Speed 9
20 g oil,
15 g garlic cloves
Scrape down the bowl. Saute 5 min/Varoma/Speed 1 (MC OUT)
Add butter and flour. Saute 5 min/Varoma/Speed 3 (MC OUT)
40 g salted butter,
40 g plain flour
Add all remaining ingredients. Cook 7 min/100/Speed 4
1 TBS Massel Chicken Stock Powder,
1 teaspoon garlic powder,
¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper,
¼ teaspoon salt,
200 g cream,
200 g milk,
20 g oil
Increase time by 2 minutes if 100 degrees has not been reached.
Use as required.
Notes
Use the sauce immediately as it may thicken on standing. To thin the sauce just add more milk or cream.
