Add hot tap water and salt to the TM Bowl. Boil 10 min/100 degrees/Speed 2/
1200 g hot tap water
Check that the water reach 100 degrees, if not extend the heating time by 2 minutes.
Remove the MC from the lid and place pasta in the hole. Boil as per the manufacturer's instructions. 9mins/100 degrees/Speed 1 (reverse blade)
320 g spaghetti, 1 pinch salt
Check the spaghetti by tasting it. If you would like it less firm cook for a further 2 mins.
Drain the pasta using the Varoma dish, and wash.
Stir through oil.
1 teaspoon olive oil
Pour boiled spaghetti into Varoma to keep warm.
