Calming blue spirulina chai latte powder makes this beautiful chia pudding irresistible. The pudding is made with coconut milk and layered with fruit for the perfect vegan breakfast or brunch.
Place the chia pudding ingredients in TM bowl. Combine 10sec/Speed 3.
Pour into 3 small glasses for individual serves, or one jar to be divided later.
Allow the mixture to thicken for at least an hour or overnight. Stir occasionally.
To serve, top the individual glasses with your choice of berries and toppings. If making a layered pudding scoop pudding from the jar into the serving glass. Layer up with fruit, puffed grains and yoghurt.
This recipe is easily made by hand without any fancy machines. Simply add the ingredients to a jar with a screw top lid. Shake the jar vigorously to combine. Refrigerate the jar and periodically shake to combine the ingredients.
Serve after an hour (or the following day) layered with fruit.
