Place turmeric, garlic, salt and pepper in TM bowl. Blitz 3 sec/Speed 9.
Scrape down the bowl. Add 10g lime juice and egg. Blend 20 sec/Speed 6.
Scrape down the bowl and add butterfly whisk.
Set the TM to 3 min/Speed 4. Gradually add the oil and remaining lime juice over the 3 minutes until fully combined.
Refrigerate until needed.

Conventional Cooking MethodThis recipe can be made without the Thermomix.Simply use a food processor to combine the first 4 ingredients.Add the egg and mix until well combined.With the food processor running add the oil and lime juice slowly until the mixture has emulsified.NOTE:The Aioli will thicken in the fridge to a scoopable consistency.
