Instructions
Place the garlic and ginger in TM bowl. Chop 3 sec/Speed 9. Scrape down bowl.
15 g garlic, 10 g ginger
Add mirin, vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar and chicken to TM bowl. Cook 14min/Varoma/Rev Blade/ Soft Spoon (MC OUT)
120 g mirin, 50 g rice wine vinegar, 80 g soy sauce, 40 g brown sugar, 600 g chicken thigh fillets
Meanwhile, combine the cornflour and water into a paste in a small bowl.
4 teaspoon cornflour, 4 teaspoon water
Once the TM has finished, add the cornflour to the teriyaki chicken. Cook 4 min/100/Rev Blade/ Soft Spoon (MC OUT).
Garnish with shallots and sesame seeds.

Notes
If you are concerned about splatters whilst the chicken teriyaki is cooking place the internal steam basket over the hole in the TM lid. This will allow excess steam to escape without making a mess.
