These cute little reindeer make gorgeous Christmas gifts for the neighbour and friends.
Break chocolate into squares and place into TM bowl. Mill 5 Sec/Speed 9.
Remove the chocolate from TM. Reserve for later.
Add condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, salt, golden syrup and glucose syrup to TM Bowl. Cook 8mins/100C/Speed 3 MC OUT.
Scrape down the TM bowl. (Don't allow the condensation to fall into TM bowl)
Cook 20mins/Varoma/Speed 3 MC OUT.
Add reserved chocolate to TM bowl. Combine 10 secs/Speed 4.
Repeat if necessary until the chocolate has melted and the fudge is a smooth consistency.
Pour the fudge into a lined round springform tin, refrigerate until set.
Slice the fudge into wedges and decorate as desired.
Don't allow any condensation to go into the fudge when you remove the lid as this will cause the fudge to go "grainy".
STORE: In the fridge for up to 2 months.
