Break chocolate into squares and place into TM bowl. Mill 5 Sec/Speed 9.
Remove the chocolate from TM. Reserve for later.
Add condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, salt, golden syrup and glucose syrup to TM Bowl. Cook 8mins/100C/Speed 3 MC OUT.
Scrape down the TM bowl. (Don't allow the condensation to fall into TM bowl)
Cook 20mins/Varoma/Speed 3 MC OUT.
Add reserved chocolate to TM bowl. Combine 10 secs/Speed 4.
Repeat if necessary until the chocolate has melted and the fudge is a smooth consistency.
Pour the fudge into a lined round springform tin, refrigerate until set.
Slice the fudge into wedges and decorate as desired.
Notes
WATCHPOINT: Don't allow any condensation to go into the fudge when you remove the lid as this will cause the fudge to go "grainy".STORE: In the fridge for up to 2 months.
