Ingredients
  • 170 gm Cadbury White Chocolate Dream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 160 gm brown sugar
  • 120 gm salted butter
  • 75 gm golden syrup
  • 50 gm glucose
  • 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Break chocolate into squares and place into TM bowl. Mill 5 Sec/Speed 9.

  2. Remove the chocolate from TM. Reserve for later.

  3. Add condensed milk, butter, brown sugar, salt, golden syrup and glucose syrup to TM Bowl. Cook 8mins/100C/Speed 3 MC OUT.

  4. Scrape down the TM bowl. (Don't allow the condensation to fall into TM bowl)

  5. Cook 20mins/Varoma/Speed 3 MC OUT.

  6. Add reserved chocolate to TM bowl. Combine 10 secs/Speed 4.

  7. Repeat if necessary until the chocolate has melted and the fudge is a smooth consistency.

  8. Pour the fudge into a lined round springform tin, refrigerate until set.

  9. Slice the fudge into wedges and decorate as desired.

Recipe Notes

WATCHPOINT:
Don't allow any condensation to go into the fudge when you remove the lid as this will cause the fudge to go "grainy".

STORE: In the fridge for up to 2 months.
