Add the Cadbury chocolate to the TM Bowl. Mill 3 sec/Speed 9.
180 g Cadbury Dark Chocolate
Melt the chocolate 1 min/50˚/Soft Spoon Speed.
Add rum to the chocolate. Combine 1 min/50˚/Soft Spoon Speed.
50 g Rum
¼ the cake and add it one ¼ at a time to the TM. Combine 30sec/Speed 4.
465 g Dark Fruit Cake
Scrape down the bowl.
Mix again 30sec/Speed 4.
Remove the mixture from the bowl and roll into 15 round balls.
Coat the balls in the chocolate sprinkles until well covered.
50 g Chocolette Sprinkles
Place the Rum Balls on a platter and cover with plastic wrap.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Will keep up to 6 months in the fridge.

The Rum Balls make a great gift for neighbours, school teachers, bus drivers. It's also nice to have a batch in the fridge for snacking during the festive season.
