Try making Pineapple Dole Whip in your own home! A swirly, refreshing dessert of sweet pineapple whipped into a creamy soft-serve ice-cream. Dole Whip is an American holiday tradition and is usually topped with extra cubes of fresh pineapple.
Scrape down the bowl and add pineapple. Blend 1 min/Speed 7.
While the TM is running use the spatula to agitate the fruit so it is completely blended.
Insert the butterfly and give it a clockwise 1/2 turn.
Add the egg white to TM bowl. Whip 1 min/ Speed 4.
The Dole whip should be light and fluffy. If it's not all consistantly light and fluffy scrape down the bowl. Whip 30 sec/Speed 4.
NOTE:Any leftover dole whip can be placed into a sealed plastic container and frozen for later . The frozen Dole whip won't be as soft as when it was first made, but it can either be re-whipped or just left on a benchtop for 5 minutes prior to consumption.
