Homemade Truffle Aioli is a great way to stretch out the last remnants of your truffles. This recipe makes a delicious, creamy aioli with a garlic & truffle flavour.
Place garlic, salt, pepper, egg and truffle in TM bowl. Blitz 3 sec/Speed 9.
Scrape down the bowl and add butterfly whisk. Put the lid on the bowl with the MC in place.
Turn the Thermomix to 2min/Speed 4.
Slowly drizzle the oil and lemon juice onto the lid alternating between the two as the motor runs.
keep gradually adding the oil and remaining juice over the 2 minutes until it is fully combined.
Refrigerate until needed.
Store the Truffle aioli in the fridge until needed.
