Instructions
Preparation
Line a square cake tin with baking paper. Min Size 18cm square
Arrange 9 Lattice biscuits glaze side down on the paper in a square.
200 g Lattice Biscuit
Caramilk Filling
Place 90g Caramilk chocolate in TM Bowl. Grate 4 sec/Speed 9.5
90 g Caramilk Chocolate
Remove and reserve in a bowl.
Place remaining 120g Caramilk Chocolate in TM Bowl. Grate 4 sec/Speed 9.5
120 g Caramilk Chocolate
Remove and reserve in an additional bowl.
Without cleaning the bowl add the milk to the TM Bowl. Heat 2min/70 degrees/Speed 1.
150 g milk
Pour milk over the 90 grams of grated chocolate. Stir with a spoon to dissolve. Reserve.
Add butterfly whisk to TM Bowl.
Add 475g cream, vanilla pudding and custard powder to TM bowl. Whisk 1 min/Speed 4
475 g cream,
100 g Instant Vanilla Pudding,
22 g custard powder
Scrape down the bowl and add the cooled chocolate, milk mixture.
Whisk 1 min/Speed 4.
Pour the custard filling over the arrange biscuit base and smooth.
Arrange another 9 lattice biscuits on top of the Caramilk custard slice.
Place the slice in the fridge to set.
Caramilk Ganache
Place 120g grated Caramilk Chocolate in the microwave. Heat in 30 sec intervals.
Stir the chocolate and repeat until smooth.
Add cream to the chocolate and stir.
50 g cream
Pour the ganache over the slice immediately and smooth.
Return the Caramilk Custard Slice to the fridge until serving.
