A quick and easy alternative to the commercially prepared LCM bar.
Prepare a slice tin with baking paper.
Place butter, marshmallow and vanilla in TM bowl. Melt 5 min/90 degrees/Speed 2.
Add rice bubbles to the marshmallow. Combine 30 sec/Speed 2 (Reverse blade)
Pour the marshmallow mixture into the prepared slice tray. Flatten the slice down with a plastic spatula.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave for 50 sec. Stir then heat again for 20 seconds.
Drizzle the LCM slice with white chocolate and top with the colour chocolate buttons.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours or until set.
Slice into bars.
Keep LCM bars refrigerated until required.
