snow peas
top and tail snow peas and cut in half on the diagonal.

pine nuts

cranberries

Instructions
Heat a small frying pan with oil and add the snow peas.
250 g snow peas,
1 teaspoon oil
Cook them until some of them have just started to go green.
Add the pine nuts and continue to stir so the nuts dont burn.
¼ cup pine nuts
Once the snow peas are green turn off the heat and stir through the cranberries.
¼ cup cranberries
Leave to sit until ready to serve and the cranberies will be warm.
Notes
This is a very simple side dish. Feel free to adjust the nuts to pistachios or the cranberries to gojo berry.
