Line a slice tray with baking paper. (approx 17 x 28 cm)
Add pistachio to the TM Bowl. Chop 2 sec/ Speed 5.
100 g pistachio nuts
Reserve in a large bowl.
Place squares of chocolate in the TM Bowl. Grate 8 sec/Speed 7.
540 g Cadbury White Chocolate
Heat the chocolate. 4min/70 degrees/Speed 1
Meanwhile add the rice bubbles, coconut, and cranberries to the reserved pistachios.
55 g Rice Bubbles, 170 g cranberries, 90 g desiccated coconut
Pour the melted chocolate into the other ingredients. Stir to combine.
Transfer the white Christmas to the prepared slice tray.
Press the mixture into the tin.
Refrigerate until required.
Notes
GF - To make this slice Gluten free, GF Rice Bubbles can be used. Cadbury White chocolate is also GF.Slice Tray - The size of the tray I have used is 17cm x 28cm. If your tray is a different size the slice will still work, it will just be thicker or thinner
