Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the TM bowl except sultanas. Blitz 10 sec/Speed 7.
Scape down the bowl. Repeat 5 sec/Speed 7.
Form the mixture into 16 balls, adding 2 sultana's to each ball if desired.
Roll the protein balls in the reserved coconut.
Place the carrot cake protein balls in the fridge for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
Notes
If you only have shredded coconut you can make your own desiccated coconut in the Thermomix.
Add the coconut to TM bowl. Blitz 6 sec/Speed 8.
