I have used 93 Green
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in a Thermomix or high powered blender.
1 banana,
40 g baby spinach,
200 g unsweetened coconut milk,
1 TBS chia seeds,
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Blend Speed 9-10 for 1 minute or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and serve whilst cold.

Note
The protein powder I used was 93 Green, you can use other protein powder but the nutrient profile of the smoothie will change slightly.
