Instructions
Preheat oven to 170 degrees celsius
Line a baking tray with paper.
Place maple syrup, vanilla, coconut oil, and cinnamon in TM Bowl.
60 g maple syrup,
1 teaspoon vanilla paste,
½ cup coconut oil,
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Heat 2 min/Varoma/Speed 2
In a large bowl add rolled oats, slivered almonds, pepita seeds, and sunflower seeds.
240 g rolled oats,
80 g slivered almonds,
15 g sunflower seeds,
15 g pepita seeds (pumpkin seeds)
Pour the oil mixture over the dry ingredient and combine by hand until thoroughly mixed.
Spread over the prepared baking tray in a thin layer.
Bake 170 degrees for 20 minutes. Stirring once or twice for even browning.
Add the coconut flakes and stir to combine.
⅔ cup coconut flakes
Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until golden.
Allow granola to cool before placing it in an airtight container
