Extra Milo or chocolate sprinkles for rolling
Instructions
Place Weetbix in Thermomix or food Processor. Blitz 4sec/Speed 4.
190 g Weetbix
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl.
395 g Condensed milk,
95 g desiccated coconut,
70 g Milo
Place the spatula in the lid. Mix 45 sec/Speed 4 Use the spatula to help combine the mixture.
Roll the mixture into balls.
Coat each ball in sprinkles or extra Milo.
Notes
Weetbix balls keep well in the fridge for at least 2 weeks.
