ThermoKitchen Returns Policy
Thermokitchen does not allow returns or provide refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse. Where a product is faulty or damaged, we will provide a replacement item. Please see the complete terms and conditions below.
eBooks & Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Digital products give immediate access to content, so all sales of eBooks and digital content, including where an eBook accompanies a hardcover book, are final, non-refundable, and non-returnable. Digital files cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded; we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for this bundle. We do not accept returns of any digital product. Once the link has been sent, the sales contract is considered final, so please choose carefully.
- If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact Thermokitchen for assessment of the damage with photographic evidence. Please ensure that contact is made within 14 days of purchase.
- Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by our Returns Form. This form can be obtained by emailing julie@thermokitchen.com.au
- We do everything to ensure that your purchase is packaged adequately. The books are placed inside a waterproof Australia Post Satchel Bag and marked do not bend.
Once our products are shipped, they do become the responsibility of Australia Post. As part of your postage rate, Australia Post will provide up to $100 in compensation to customers who they feel meet the "damaged or missing goods criteria". Here is a link for more information. We will help you where possible, and make the claim with Australia Post. Please note that Australia Post will also have photographic evidence of the condition of delivery. - Refunds will only be issued to the extent required by the Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and the respective state Sale of Goods Act legislation.
Thermomix Products
Thermokitchen acts as a consultant for Thermomix products and, as such, we sell Vorwerk and Kobold products online. Sales go through to the Thermomix Head Office Sales page. The warranty and return policy for Thermomix and Kobold products are on the brand pages.
Amendments to this Policy
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements, and changes in our system's capabilities.
