ThermoKitchen is located on the Central Coast of New South Wales.
Although this is a beautiful location, it does mean your package may take a little longer to arrive at its destinations.
For this reason, we aim to post your order as soon as possible. You can see our shipping terms below. With that in mind, I hope you can be a little bit patient. Sometimes the postal service can be quite fast, but other times it is ridiculously slow!
You can choose to send your item via Express Post, but it will cost more. If you have purchased a book, a digital copy is included with your purchase so you can start cooking immediately.
Regular Shipping Terms
Orders received before 1 pm on business days will be shipped on the same day. All orders placed after 1 pm AEST (on a business day) will be dispatched the following day. Unfortunately, delivery time will still be between 5-7 days, depending on the customer's address.
Tracking Your Package
This is why we have decided to pay the extra for tracking. Australia Post can be terribly slow, so for your "peace of mind," each order receives a tracking number as it is shipped. We updated the site with the tracking number so customers can follow their orders.
If you are not home when the parcel is delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure the package is collected from Australia Post, the courier's depot or arrange for re-delivery.
