These deliciously sticky pork burgers are the perfect barbecue food! The pork patty is made in the Thermomix using spices, herbs & sauce then grilled & glazed for the perfect burger experience!
Why have a plain beef burger when you can try my Asian spiced pork burger with sticky Hoisin sauce? This burger is absolutely bursting with flavour? I've included ingredients such as ginger, garlic, lemongrass, Chinese 5 spice, and a little bit of chili in the pork patty. The burger is fabulous served with a zesty Apple Slaw and a smokey BBQ sauce.
Step by Step Thermomix Burger Method
The Thermomix makes short work of preparing the spices for the burger patties. The process is a simple as adding the aromatics and blitzing them for a few seconds. This ensures they are chopped finely enough to be distributed evenly through the mince.
Once the spices have been broken down I like to add the remaining ingredients and combine all the ingredients in the Thermomix using the Knead function. I find utilising this mode mixes the mince with the other ingredients quickly, without causing any damage to the structure of the mince. It's also so much easier than mixing the mince patty ingredients by hand!
Pulled Pork Burger
Have you tried my pulled pork recipe? I've had this recipe up on my site for years and it is still one of my favourites. Making a whole pulled pork in the Thermomix is easy and means you will have loads of leftover meat for sandwiches, wraps, tacos, and of course Pulled Pork Burgers!
