ThermoKitchen is located in the regional town of Coffs Harbour.
Although this is a beautiful location it does mean that packages take a little longer to arrive at their destinations.
For this reason, ThermoKitchen does not send any packages via regular post.
Your package will be sent either via Fastways Couriers or Express Post.
All orders placed before 1pm AEST (on a business day) will be dispatch the same day. Unfortunately, delivery time will still be between 5-10 days depending on the address of the recipient.
Tracking Your Package
For your "peace of mind," each order received will receive a tracking number as its shipped. We update the site with this number so that customers can track their order.
Fastways Couriers
We prefer to use Fastways because we feel they are quicker and more reliably than Australia Post.
Please note; Fastway Couriers cannot deliver to a P.O Box and has a limited service in remote areas. If we are unable to use Fastways we will send your order via Express Post.
We will always print the phone number supplied to us on the shipping label. If there is any problem with delivery the courier company will contact you directly.
If you are not home when the parcel is delivered. It is your responsibility to ensure the package is collected from the courier's depot or arrange for re-delivery.
