Thermomix salted pecan pie bliss balls have all the deliciousness of a pecan pie but take less than 5 minutes to prepare. These nutrient-dense bliss balls are packed with vitamins, fibre and healthy fats. The perfect sweet and salty snack to get you through until dinner.
When we're busy it's so tempting to grab a commercially prepared snack even though we know the ingredients will provide no nutritional value or benefit to our body. That's where these bliss balls are different. They're so quick and easy to make, even your kids could help!
Pecan Pie Bliss Balls are a snack which helps you to achieve some of your body's daily nutrient needs!
Although this is a Thermomix recipe the Pecan Pie Bliss Balls can be made in any high powered blender or food processor. As the images below show, it's simply a matter of adding the ingredients to the machine, then processing until the desired texture has been achieved.
