Creamy Moroccan Chicken Thermomix

Published

Just like the name says, this is a creamy Moroccan chicken dish. It has just a little spice and is finished with a zing of lemon.

This recipe is one of the easiest “set and forget” dishes on my website. It takes just 5 minutes or so of preparation and then you can leave the Thermomix for the next 25 minutes to work it’s magic.

The ingredients are all simple pantry staples so it’s a dish that you could probably even pull together without a trip to the shops.

I’ve chosen to serve the creamy Moroccan chicken dish with a simple snow pea side dish. I have included that recipe below because it makes a great flavour combination. You could also serve it with a cous cous dish or brown rice. Even though brown rice takes a little longer to prepare than white rice it is far superior in nutrients. I also prefer the flavour. Today speed was the name of the game so a side serving of greens was in order!
