Thermomix Nutella Double Chocolate Fudge Brownie Recipe
My Nutella Double Chocolate fudge brownie recipe has a dense chocolate brownie base with a lush, silky soft fudge topping. The recipe is so simple to make & deliciously decadent.
Have you ever heard of a more amazing sounding treat? Although this dessert looks ridiculously rich it’s actually not! It’s the perfect level of chocolatey sweetness which means it’s very difficult to stop at just one piece. Even stopping after two or three pieces is hard to do.

Bite Nutella Fudge Brownies
Luckily the recipe makes quite a large slice, so there will be plenty to go around. I like to make this dish when I’m asked to “bring a plate.” It’s a perfect choice because it’s quick to make, looks fabulous, taste amazing and will serve a large number of people. Also, I find it best to get this baby out of the house very shortly after I make it so I don’t eat too much myself.

Slice Nutella Fudge Brownie
So what is a Nutella Double Chocolate fudge brownie? I start by making my basic rich chocolate brownie and top it with a luscious layer of squishy Nutella fudge. In these pictures, I’ve drizzled some extra melted chocolate over the top of the slice before cutting it into squares. My favourite part is the Nutella fudge… I could probably almost eat that on its own!

Nutella Fudge Brownie
Although this is a Thermomix recipe the Chocolate fudge brownie can easily be made by hand. The base is a basic “melt and mix” recipe which can be made in a saucepan. Whilst the brownie cooks, make the fudge in the microwave in another bowl. Simple!
