A Tex-Mex Feista
Imagine a Texan BBQ joined forces with a Mexican Fiesta. This was my ultimate recipe for success when I developed A Tex-Mex Fiesta Thermomix Cookbook. The recipes were born out of a trip that started in California and ended on the Baha Peninsular in Mexico. I made sure I used Mexican ingredients you can find here and provided a story as a resource. I've reproduced those flavours in 31 recipes so everyone can have a Baja adventure in hardcopy or eBook!
