Tex-Mex Thermomix Workshop featured recipes from the second ThermoKitchen cookbook. BBQ Thermomix style, rubs & sauces plus some authentic Mexican to spice things up.
We have no current workshops running in Grafton at this time.
We have run ThermoKitchen Workshops in Grafton, Coffs Harbour, Ballina Maroochydore, and many other places up and down the coast. I usually cook recipes from either my Indian ThermoKitchen, Tex-Mex Fiesta, or Asian Banquet cookbooks. If you are interested in helping coordinate a class in your area please let me know.
