Milo Mousse first started appearing in 2015. Its whipped chocolatey goodness was all anyone could talk about. The only thing better than eating scoops of Milo straight from the tin is a dessert made with Milo. Also, any dessert prepared in 20 seconds is bound to be a hit.

Full disclosure, though: It's not a true French Chocolate Milo Mousse. It is a cheat, a Milo Mousse hack! Now that I have come clean, I don't want you to hold that against this creamy dessert. My kids absolutely loved this when they were little; it was a real treat. Anything Milo was devoured in our house. Once you have made my mousse, make sure you try these Chocolate Milo Cookies.
How to Serve Milo Mousse
When you're serving this to a pile of kids just pop a scoop in a small bowl and add some chocolate chips, sprinkles, crumbled Flake bar, or something to fancy it up a little.
You could also make the Thermomix Milo Mousse for a child's party and serve it in small plastic cups.
If you would like to level up the dessert a little it goes nicely with banana and ice cream.
Another way to use the Milo Mousse is as a fun frosting for a chocolate sponge cake. Simply sandwich the two sponge cakes together with the mouse and then use the remainder on the top. Decorate with some crumbled Flake.

No, this is not a proper mouse so it won't set, it will be fluffy and light but will have the same consistency as cream.

Recipe Serving Adjustments
Please note, that although the recipe card allows you to change the serving size and adjust the recipe this SHOULD NOT be done. Adjusting a Thermomix recipe will lead to unexpected and undesired outcomes. Please always stick to the exact ingredient quantities and times given in my recipe.
*The recipe card is generic and designed for all websites, this is a feature I can't remove.
So let's give this recipe a go! It really is a lifesaver when you're looking for something sweet at the end of the day. Also, because it is so rich, you only need a small amount to be satisfied.
