Potato salad is the perfect summer side dish. Adding flakes of wood smoked salmon, capers & dill will make this salad an extra special side or main meal option.

This Thermomix Salmon Potato salad is one of my "go to" recipes for the Christmas and New Years season. The salmon makes it a little bit more special than your average potato which fits in nicely with the summer festivities.

Making this dish in the Thermomix is so much easier than having multiple saucepans boiling on the stovetop, however, if you don't have a Thermomix you could always make it the old fashioned way and just give it revamp using the recipe provided.

Step by Step Thermomix Salmon Potato Salad

    • By stacking the Thermomix with eggs for boiling and the Varoma with potato and sweet potato all the cooking for this dish is completed in 22 minutes.

Don't forget to allow sufficient time for the dish to cool in the fridge once it's been completed!

Hi, I'm Julie, a recipe developer, published cookbook author, and registered nutritionist. My first love has always been cooking and food. ThermoKitchen is where my love of food combines with a "lazy streak" as I utilise my favourite appliance, the Thermomix! I discovered Thermomix in 2014 and loved it so much I became a consultant for the brand.
