Thermomix Fermenting
Thermomix Fermenting
The Thermomix is such a versatile appliance. Use can be used to ferment yoghurt, make Kombucha or to chop the vegetables for Kimchi.
If you would like to take your fermentation to the next level you can also use it to make both hard and soft cheese.
The key to Thermomix fermentation is that the TM6 is able to keep the ferment at a steady temperature over a 12 hours. If you require a longer ferment time you can simply add more time to the timer.
Take a look at our Fermenting and probiotic-rich recipes. Making your own fermented foods means you will enjoy cheaper food, with fresher ferments. A fresher fermentation allows you to ingest the most living probiotics possible.
