Thermomix Soup

Making Thermomix soup in one of the simplest things you can prepare in your Thermomix. It's also so satisfying on a cold winters night!It is simply a matter of selecting your ingredients, allowing the Thermomix to chop them. Then you set the time and temperature.

When you come back to the machine you can decide if you would like a chunky or a smooth soup. For a smooth soup simply blend the ingredients. There is no need to transfer hot liquid from a pot to a blender. The all in one smart Thermomix will do it all.

Then when its time to serve the Thermomix soup, pour it directly from the thermomix bowl into the serving bowls.

My favourite soup recipe on this site is a vegetarian soup. Red Lentil Curry Soup is a deliciously flavoursome version of a Dahl. I would thoroughly recommend trying this dish to warm you up in winter.

If your looking for a family favourite there are two that come straight to mind. In our family the Chinese Chicken and Sweet Corn soup is requested often. This takeaway favourite is so much better when you make it from scratch, plus you know what ingredients you have included and what you have left out.

The second is the Lasagna Soup.  Yes, I know this isn't a real Lasagna, and maybe not even a real soup, but when I am busy and tired and the kids are asking for lasagna, this keeps them happy! Believe me, it is far less effort than making the real deal!

Oops, I almost forgot the classic soup! The pumpkin Soup has to be included in my soup round up. I think my version is the very best. It is super silky and smooth. It taste like it must have cream but there isn't even a drop in the recipe.
