Thermomix Preserves
Thermomix Preserves
Making preserves with your Thermomix is so much easier than standing over a hot stove having liquid lava bubbling away near your bare skin.
The Thermomix keeps the hot liquid safely under the lid and stir the mixture for you, allowing you to get on with doing something else.
The process for making jam is as simple as choosing your favourite fruit, adding the ingredients and then setting the Thermomix to do the work of heating and stirring for you. There is no need to worry about burning the jam or accidentally making toffee!
The Thermomix is definitely the simplest and safest way to make preserves.
Whether you are making sweet jams such as my Pineapple and Passionfruit Jam or Spicy Plum Jam or a retro favourite such as the choko pickles, you will find the process so much quicker and easier in the Thermomix.
